LNG storage tank is a horizontal, double-layer cylinder high vacuum multi-layer winding adiabatic structure, the inner cylinder holds LNG, the material is S30408, the head selects standard elliptical head, the outer cylinder faces the atmosphere, the material is Q345R low alloy steel, eight points support structure is used between the inner and outer cylinder. The thickness of the sandwich is 250mm, the inner and outer cylinder sandwich is filled with adiabatic material and vacuumed, the factory vacuum conforms to the national standard and ensures the index of daily evaporation rate; the tank is equipped with a complete set of valves and instruments for operation. Through these valves and instruments, the liquid in and out and the pressure and liquid level can be observed in situ.
The valves and instruments can also be replaced according to customer needs.
