Product Description

Brief introduction:

This series of cryogenic storage tank is a superinsulated multi-layer storage tank, the inner vessel material is stainless steel SS30408, the outer vessel material is Q34SR or SS30408, can also be customized according to customers' requirements. It is mainly used for storing NG in liquid state. The product is widely used in urban peak gas supply, the main source of pipeline gas supply, automobile refueling fuel, chemical industry, heating and other industries, and has been favored and praised by customers for many years. praised by customers for many years.

Main Features:

The storage tank has a double-layer cylinder structure. The inner cylinder and piping are made of austenitic stainless steel, and the outer cylinder is made of carbon steel. The intermediate layer is wrapped with multi-layer thermal insulation paper and vacuumed. The customized stainless steel LNG cryogenic storage tank is equipped with various valves for operation, and the valves are installed around the bottom of the storage tank. The storage tank is equipped with pressure gauge and level gauge to monitor the pressure and level in the tank. The horizontal liquid cryogenic tank is compact in structure and occupies a small space. The storage tank and compressor are composed of sealed parts, which can supply liquid or gas without any power, ensuring the purity of the discharged liquid or gas. With pressure conditioning installation, the user can adjust the conditioning valve T according to the demand to discharge the liquid at the required pressure. The pressure is stable and the operation is convenient. The storage tank is equipped with a liquid filling connector for the tank car, which can send liquid to the evaporator and tank car.

The structure of the Cryogenic Storage Tank

The storage tank and supercharger consist of integrated components that allow the supply of liquid or gas without the need for external power, ensuring the purity of the discharged liquid or gas. Additionally, they are equipped with a pressure conditioning installation, enabling users to adjust the conditioning valve (T) to achieve the desired pressure for liquid discharge. This ensures stable pressure and convenient operation. The storage tank also features a liquid filling joint for tank cars, facilitating the transfer of liquid to vaporizers and tank cars.

LNG Storage Tank

The tank is equipped with top and bottom liquid inlet pipelines, which can realize pressure difference and low temperature liquid pump unloading and filling;

The liquid outlet of the storage tank can supply gas directly or enter the cryogenic pump for external gas supply;

The storage tank is equipped with gas-phase pipelines, which can realize gas discharge, safe release, pressurization and gas return after pumping;

The storage tank is equipped with an overflow pipeline to avoid overfilling when unloading and filling;

The storage tank is equipped with double safety valves (or rupture discs) to discharge when overpressure to protect the safety of the inner container;

The storage tank is equipped with a pressure gauge to display the internal pressure in real time, which should be checked regularly according to regulations;

The storage tank is equipped with a liquid level meter to display the internal medium stock, which is used for reference and not for measurement;

The tank is equipped with vacuumizing and measuring vacuum pipelines to ensure the insulation performance of interlayer;

The tank is equipped with shell explosion-proof device to discharge gas in case of leakage of inner container to avoid serious damage and danger;

The interlayer of storage tank is high vacuum multi-layer winding insulation, which has small volume, good insulation effect.

Note: the parameters of safety valve shall not be changed at will and shall be calibrated regularly, otherwise it will cause safety accidents.

 

Production Process:

The circumferential welds of tanks are overlapped, and the longitudinal welds are butt welded. The ring plates are arranged alternately, taking the odd number to make the end cap diameter the same. Our products adopt high vacuum multi-layer winding technology. Better thermal insulation performance and longer vacuum service life.
