Technical Requirement
1.The Product Shall Comply With TSG 21-2016 Supervision Regulation On Safety Technology Of Stationary Pressure Vessels And GB/T150.1~150.4-2011 Pressure Vessels;
2.The Oxygen Content Of The Container And Pipeline Shall Not Be Higher Than 3%;
3.100%Magnetic Particle(Penetrant)Testing Shall Be Carried Out For Class C And D Welds Of The Shell,100%Internal And External Surface Testing Shall Be Carried Out According To The Requirements Of The Manufacturing Process For Internal And External Surface Testing,And 100%External Surface Testing Shall Be Carried Out For Welds That Cannot Be Subject to Internal Surface Testing,And The Testing Position Shall Be Indicated In The Flaw Detection Report;
4.The Coaxiality Between The Shell And The Contents Shall Be≤5mm
5.The Primer Is Quick-Drying Epoxy Paint,With Dry Film Thickness≥140mm,Semi-Gloss Acrylic Pol yurethane Paint Is Used As the Finish Paint,With Dry Film Thickness≥75mm.Total Dry Film Thickness>215mm;
6.The Cryogenic Liquid Storage Tank Must Use The Pressure Pipe Components Produced By The Licensed Unit;
